Peterborough Central Library has the following facilities available for use:

• Free Wi-FI
• A children’s area
• Copying and fax
• Adaptive Technology which allows access to computing for those with disabilities
• Computers for public use
• John Clare Theatre and LP Hartley rooms available for hire

• Albert the Alligator Storycraft session - Stories, crafts and rhymes. FREE sessions for under 5’s. Every Tuesday, 10.30-11.00am.
• Baby rhyme time - Rhymes and Instruments. Fridays 10.30- 11.00am. FREE.
• Alice the Camel Storycraft session - Stories, crafts and rhymes. FREE sessions for under 5’s. Every Friday, 2.00-2.30pm.  FREE.
• Storytime - Saturdays, 2.00-2.30pm. FREE.

• Learn My Way Online Basics - every Thursday 2.00pm-3.30pm.
• Job club - computer sessions every Tuesday 10.30-12.00pm.
• Coding Club - PRE BOOKING ESSENTIAL –  For 7-11 year olds. Fortnightly 1.30-2.45pm - 14/04/18, 28/04/18, 12/05/18, 09/06/18, 23/06/18, 07/07/18

• Careers Support for Adults in the Peterborough Area- If you’re looking for a job, want help choosing a career or need a hand
  to get you moving in the right direction, the Adult Careers Service team can help.

• Friends Group

  Central Library is starting a new Friends Group. If you’re interested in joining, please ask staff for details.

• Peterborough Writers Group

This is an informal group for people who like to write so we can share our writing and exchange ideas. They meet at Central Library, once a month on a Friday between 11am-1pm.  Contact Elaine at the library to find out the next meeting date.
