Orton Library has the following facilities available for use:

• A children’s area
• Copying, printing and fax
• Adaptive Technology which allows access to computing for those with disabilities
• Computers for public use
• Orton library meeting room to hire, £5 per hour, call Orton library for further details (See pic)

• Storytime – Every Thursday 10.00am to 10.30am
  
  
• Rhyme time – Every Tuesday, 10.00am to 10.30am
  
  
• Orton reading group – First Tuesday of every Month, 11.00am to 12noon
  
  
• Homework Club – Every Friday, 3.00pm to 4.00pm, free printing
  
  
• Chatterbooks Children's Reading Group - Last Saturday of the month, 2.00pm to 3.00pm
  
  
• Coding Club – For 7-11 year olds. Fortnightly Saturdays 2.00-3.15pm - 21/04/18, 05/05/18, 19/05/18, 02/06/18, 16/06/18, 30/06/18, 14/07/18

• Chess Club - For adults. Mondays 2.30pm -5.00pm
  
  
• Colouring and Scrapbooking - For adults. Tuesdays 10.30am to 12.30pm
  
  
• Games Club  - Ages 6 and over. Saturdays 3.00pm to 4.30pm

• You Can Do IT – Mondays 2.00pm to3.30pm
  
  
• Job Club – every Tuesday 10:30am to 12.00 noon

• Silver surfers – Tuesdays 1.30pm to 3pm

Knit and Natter

• Every Thursday 11.00-12.30. Ask staff at Orton Library for details

Chatterbooks Reading Group

• Fourth Saturday of every month 2pm-3pm, suitable for ages 8 – 11yrs. Ask staff at Orton Library for details

Games Club

• Make new friends and have fun of playing a wide variety of traditional and modern board games. Every Monday, 3.30pm-5.00pm. Suitable for ages 6 yrs plus. Ask staff at Orton Library for details
