Bushfield Leisure Centre is located just four miles from central Peterborough in the Ortongate Shopping Centre. Bushfield offers a range of indoor and outdoor facilities for the whole of the city, not just those living in the immediate areas. It is easily accessible from the city centre A605 (Oundle Road), A1139 (Orton Parkway) and A1 (Junction 17) by car, or alternatively by bus Citi 1 route from the city centre.

At Bushfield there is restricted access before 5pm during weekdays (Term time only) for the use of the sport hall and outdoor facilities.

Bushfield Leisure Centre can cater for a number of major events up to a maximum capacity of 1200 people, including bleacher seating for 600 people. Major events held at Bushfield Leisure Centre have included roller hockey, martial arts, dance, animal shows, athletics, roller derby, markets and much more. Every 1st Sunday of the month 10am-1pm Roller Skate session is held.
Bushfield Leisure Centre offers a racket string repair service for badminton, squash and tennis racquet. Please note, racquet repair service may take up to 7 days to be restrung.

8 Court (Badminton) Sports Hall (from 5pm onwards and weekends)

- Facilities include a full size 3G Floodlit pitch, 3 hard surface netball courts, 9 tennis courts, 2 full size adult grass pitches, 2 full size junior grass pitches, 9v9 and 3 mini soccers, 6 aside sand based astro and artificial cricket pitch.
