We’ve got a great range of classes from Studio Cycling through to Pilates and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). We have classes 6 days a week and there’s something to suit a range of abilities. For a full list of class descriptions click here.
All classes are free with a Vivacity membership, and classes can be booked 7 days in advance online, at reception or by calling 01733 864 769.
