Table Cricket Festival

FINS Swimming Lessons
FINS is part of our Swimming Academy and is available to all of those with a disability aged between 5-19. Our tailored sessions are delivered using the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) swimming lesson stages.

Sharks Basketball Club

Rebound Therapy
Rebound Therapy is the phrase that describes the 'Eddie Anderson Model' of trampoline therapy; exercise therapy which uses trampolines to provide opportunities for movement, therapeutic exercise and recreation for people across the whole spectrum of special needs.
We take safeguarding of children, young people and adults very seriously. We always ensure staff and volunteers have appropriate training and checks prior to them working on any programme.
